CLINICAL LEADERSHIP ROLE
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are looking for a compassionate BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs, supervise clinical implementation, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for a clinician who values evidence-based care, thoughtful treatment planning, and meaningful progress in real-life settings.
Responsibilities +
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and review skill-acquisition needs across home, school, and community environments.
- Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans, behavior support strategies, and caregiver goals.
- Supervise RBTs and other clinical team members, provide feedback, and monitor treatment fidelity.
- Analyze session data, adjust programs as needed, and support generalization across settings.
- Collaborate with caregivers, providers, and educators to promote consistency and measurable progress.
Requirements +
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and supervising direct staff.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of common ABA assessments and data-based treatment modification.
- Commitment to ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and family-centered care.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
As a BCaBA, you will support the design and implementation of ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA while helping maintain strong clinical quality across programs. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys direct collaboration, structured treatment support, and close involvement in skill-building and caregiver guidance.
DIRECT THERAPY ROLE
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking an RBT who enjoys working directly with children and families while implementing individualized ABA programs with consistency and care. In this role, you will deliver direct services, collect accurate session data, and help children build communication, behavior, and daily living skills in meaningful everyday routines.
Responsibilities +
- Implement treatment goals and behavior intervention strategies designed by the supervising BCBA or BCaBA.
- Provide direct one-to-one ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community-based settings.
- Collect accurate data during sessions and complete clear, objective session notes.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers regarding progress and barriers.
- Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and consistency in implementation.
Requirements +
- Active RBT credential or eligibility and willingness to complete certification requirements promptly.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in ABA, education, childcare, or related support settings is preferred.
- Reliable communication, punctuality, and strong follow-through with clinical guidance.
- Comfort with data collection, structured teaching, and caregiver collaboration.
- Warm, patient, and professional approach to child-centered care.
